Counts apply per project, not per room. Finish versions share the same geometry. Custom materials are visual approximations of usable supplied references. Review links run for 30 days after initial delivery; ongoing services require a separate plan. Interact and Immersive configure Auren’s existing platform; custom development is quoted separately.
Formats: JPG/PNG stills; GLB model; PDF/CSV project list; equirectangular panorama in Immersive. Confirm browser/device targets and exports at kickoff. Cinematic video is a separate deliverable.

04 / THE PRACTICAL DETAILS
Clear from the start.
When does production begin?+
After Auren accepts complete drawings and references, receives written scope approval and the applicable advance, and confirms your production slot. Only the business hours and time zone agreed in your quotation count. Waiting for client information or approval pauses the timeline.
What does a revision include?+
One consolidated feedback list refining the accepted brief. New layouts, rooms, structural changes, assets or extra views are additional scope. Visualize includes one round, Interact two and Immersive three.
Can you meet an earlier deadline?+
Express delivery depends on a confirmed production slot, complete inputs and project complexity. Any express fee and initial preview deadline are agreed in writing before production.
What is delivered?+
Package-specific JPG/PNG stills, a GLB model, PDF/CSV project list and equirectangular panorama in Immersive. Editable Blender scenes, source code and proprietary platform components are included only by agreement. Confirm browser/device targets and export formats at kickoff.
What is priced separately?+
GST, applicable taxes and approved external expenses; ongoing hosting after the included review-link period; domains, licences and paid assets unless expressly included. Bespoke interfaces, integrations, dashboards and custom application logic require a separate quote.
How long is a quotation valid?+
15 days from issue. The final quotation confirms the applicable rate, modeled area, complexity, scope, payment milestones and production slot.
